Nick completed his undergraduate work in 2008 at St. Mary’s College in California achieving a B.S. degree in Kinesiology. He then attended Fresno State from 2008-2010 and completed the Athletic Training Program at Chapman University. Nick played minor league baseball for the San Francisco Giants organization for 4 seasons before returning to school to pursue a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy. Nick completed his Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (D.P.T.) in 2014.
Nick then spent the two years as the Rehabilitation Coordinator and Minor League Medical Coordinator for the Los Angeles Dodgers in 2014 and 2015. During that time he focused on developing organizational protocols and researching evidence based applications of new technology for athlete monitoring, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. Most recently research has been focused on identifying objective measures in combination with personal wellness and performance variables that can be used to identify increased risk in injury.
Nick is not only a Physical Therapist but also a Licensed Athletic trainer and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Nick utilizes he diverse background and strong passions not only for sports but for helping all patients achieve their full functional potential. This drives his work as a Physical Therapist and allows him to change the lives of his patients.
Nick resides in Scottsdale Arizona with his wife Christina. They both enjoy cooking and hiking.
