Group Fitness

Workouts are refreshing and relaxing, yet energetic and vitalizing. The levels of training in our system can be tailored to provide workouts gentle enough for mothers-to-be or challenging enough for "superfit" professional athletes. Drawing upon the extensive range of exercises in the levels of our training system, we created individual programs that work for everyone regardless of age or physical condition.

Mat Pilates

This class is designed for those interested in Pilates and is based on flexibility, strength, balance and control with major focus on your core. Core body strength is key for all ages as well as serious athletes. Come and enjoy this peaceful and tranquil workout, which lengthens your muscles without building bulk.

Reformer

This class is a combo class, which includes work with apparatus as well as the reformer.

Strength N’ Cardio Calorie Burner

This class uses bands, balls and Bosu to blast calories, rev up the metabolism and strengthen all the muscles of the body to create a lean whole body fitness. This class is just the right amount of challenge for excellent results but is fun and different each time and has modifications to include many levels of fitness.

BOSU

This is a great cardio workout with many health benefits! You must be in good physical condition for this class since Bosu requires squatting, jumping and standing for prolonged periods of time.

Senior Fitness Training

This is a class for older folks who want to build strength and stamina, who may be somewhat limited in abilities due to age or health. We will use balls and bands to do mild strength training, light cardio and balance exercises. Some of the exercises will be standing but can be modified to seated. Wheelchair participants are welcome!

* Group sessions are 55 minutes. For maximum benefits, 2-3x per week is recommended. Please bring water and a towel. Shoes may be worn while working on the apparatus in Pilates and socks or bare feet on the reformer. You may sign-up for as many classes as you would like however, there is a 24 hour cancellation notice so please call 24 hours in advance otherwise you will lose your session.
